I recently got my hair done at Hair by Karen and I have to say it was an average experience. The stylist was friendly and professional, but the final results were just okay. The haircut was a bit uneven and not exactly what I had hoped for. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, but the overall atmosphere was lacking. I expected more from a place with such high ratings. Maybe I just caught them on an off day. I might give them another try in the future.
