I have been a customer of Nextel de México for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they have a decent network coverage and data speeds, their customer service can be quite lacking at times. The company website, att.com.mx, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there have been instances where I have faced issues with their billing system, and it took a lot of effort to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
