I recently used the services of this company for a trip. The website was fairly easy to navigate and find information. Booking the service was smooth, and they offered a decent range of options. However, the overall experience was just average. The staff was polite, but the service was not exceptional. The vehicles were clean but slightly outdated, and the trip was punctual but didn’t stand out in any way. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and modernizing the fleet. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there are other options available that might offer a more remarkable service.
