I recently purchased a coffee machine from this company's website and overall I had an okay experience. The selection of products was decent and the purchasing process was smooth. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the lack of detailed product descriptions, which made it hard to choose the best machine for my needs. Additionally, the customer service was a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. On the positive side, the machine itself works well and produces good quality coffee. 🤔 Overall, the company has potential, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the customer experience.
