I recently had an interaction with a telecommunication service provider in Egypt and I must say that the regulatory environment is quite favorable. The policies set by the regulatory authority are aimed at promoting healthy competition and protecting consumer interests. The NTRA has done a commendable job in creating a level playing field for all companies. It is good to see that they are also actively working on enhancing the quality of service provided by telecommunication companies.
