I recently had my air conditioner serviced by a local HVAC company. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and he did a thorough job. However, I was disappointed with the high price they charged for the service. I decided to try Kay Heating & Air Cond. Inc. based on a friend's recommendation. I must say, I was impressed. Their technician was just as good, if not better, than the previous one, and their rates were much more reasonable. I will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
