I had a mixed experience with Taxsmith llc. While their consultants were knowledgeable and provided decent advice, there were some communication issues that left me frustrated. It took longer than expected to resolve my tax issues, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better service.
