I had a mixed experience with this technology company. While their products are of decent quality, their customer service needs improvement. There were delays in responding to my queries and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issues eventually, but the overall experience could have been better. I hope they work on improving their customer support in the future.
