I recently visited the pediatric therapy center and had an average experience. The staff was polite and friendly, but the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. The therapists seemed knowledgeable and professional, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to address my child's specific needs. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but it lacked a welcoming atmosphere for children. I would have appreciated more interactive activities and a brighter, more colorful environment. The website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful information about their services, but it could have been more user-friendly with clearer descriptions. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of personalized care and creating an engaging space for children.
