I recently purchased some items from a website and had a mixed experience. The website was easy to use and navigate, but the products did not meet my expectations. The quality was below average and I was disappointed with the overall experience. However, the customer service was responsive and helpful. I wouldn't recommend Ugloo for quality products but their customer service is decent.
