I recently attended an auction organized by the company. The experience was average overall. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse upcoming auctions and items. The auctioneers were professional and managed the event well. However, I found the communication before the auction to be lacking, as I had some difficulties reaching out for inquiries. Additionally, I was hoping for a wider variety of items up for auction. While the auction went smoothly, and I did manage to find a few items of interest, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I appreciate the effort put into organizing the auction, but there are areas that could be improved upon to enhance the customer experience.
