I recently attended a performance at Benaroya Hall. The website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found the event I was interested in. The venue itself was stunning, with excellent acoustics and a beautiful ambiance. However, I was a bit disappointed by the customer service. The staff seemed unorganized and unhelpful, which affected my overall experience. 🎵 Despite this, the performance was enjoyable, and I appreciated the talent of the artists. I would consider returning, but I hope to see improvements in the customer service aspect.
