I recently purchased a product from their website and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time as it took longer than expected to receive my order. The product quality was decent but didn't exceed my expectations. On the positive side, the customer service was helpful and responsive when I had a question about my order. I think there's potential for improvement in terms of delivery speed and product quality. Overall, it's a decent option for eco-friendly products, but there are areas that could be improved. 🌱
