I recently had an experience with a local HVAC service, and I was less than impressed. While the technicians were polite and professional, the issue I needed help with wasn’t resolved effectively. 😕 It took longer than expected, and despite several follow-ups, communication was lacking. I was hoping for a more thorough job, but it seems like my concerns weren’t fully addressed. I may need to explore other options in the future if this continues. 🛠️
