I recently engaged with this company for some digital marketing services, and my experience was pretty average. The website was informative, and I was able to find the services I needed, however, the communication and responsiveness from the team could have been better. The quality of the work delivered was decent, but I was expecting a bit more creativity and innovation. I appreciated that they stuck to the timeline and budget, but I felt that the customer service could have been more personalized. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and delivering exceptional results.
