I recently used the services of a construction equipment rental company found online. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information. However, I found the pricing to be a bit higher than expected. 😐 Although the equipment was in good condition, the customer service was just average. I had to follow up multiple times to confirm my reservation, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this company for their equipment quality but suggest they improve their communication and pricing to provide a better overall service.
