I had a mixed experience with Zoomdata. The platform itself is average at best, with some useful features but also lots of limitations. The documentation provided is quite comprehensive, which makes it easier to get started with the tool. However, I found the user interface to be confusing and not very intuitive. The support team was responsive but not always able to provide satisfactory solutions to our issues. Overall, Zoomdata is an okay option for data visualization, but there are definitely better alternatives out there.
