I recently had the opportunity to work with a metal manufacturing company located in Cleveland. While their website seemed promising and showcased their expertise in metal technologies, my overall experience was fairly average. The company offered a wide range of metal solutions, but I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. Communication was often delayed, and it took longer than expected to receive updates on my project. Additionally, the final product met my requirements but was not exceptional in terms of quality or craftsmanship. On a positive note, the pricing was competitive and they were able to meet the agreed-upon deadline. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have potential to improve their customer service and the quality of their products.
