I recently had the opportunity to work with a window systems company and I have to say, it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their products and services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking a bit. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and there were times when I felt like my concerns were not adequately addressed. The installation process went smoothly, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed afterwards. The quality of the windows themselves was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, while they were able to deliver what I needed, I wouldn't say that this company stood out in any particular way.
