I recently purchased a chair from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, making the purchasing process smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took several days for them to respond to my inquiry, which was frustrating. Additionally, the delivery time was longer than expected, causing some inconvenience.

As for the product itself, it looks nice and seems well-made. The chair is comfortable, although it lacks some of the features that I was hoping for. The assembly instructions were clear and I was able to set it up without any issues. However, I feel that the price is a bit high for what you get.
