I had a recent experience with a self-employed writer/author that left me disappointed. Although the website garyshowalter.com seemed promising, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. The writer seemed to lack attention to detail and there were some structural issues within the content I received. The customer service was responsive, but the revisions did not fully address the problems. I hope to see improvements in the future to match the initial impression given by the website.
