I had a mixed experience with El grupo youth cycling. While the tour itself was enjoyable and the guides were knowledgeable, the communication before the tour left a lot to be desired. It took multiple emails and phone calls to get my questions answered, and even then, some information was unclear. Overall, I would still recommend them for the cycling experience, but they could improve their customer service.
