I have been a customer of Anthem Blue Cross of California, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they offer a wide range of health insurance plans, their customer service can be improved. The representatives are often not very helpful and it takes a long time to get a resolution for any issues. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
