I recently visited this eye care clinic for a routine check-up and overall, had an average experience. The staff was polite and efficient in scheduling my appointment, and the waiting area was clean and well-maintained. The optometrist seemed knowledgeable and conducted a thorough examination. However, the overall atmosphere felt a bit impersonal, with minimal interaction between the staff and patients. The pricing for services was reasonable, but I didn't feel particularly valued or welcomed as a customer. The website provided some useful information, but it could be more user-friendly and visually appealing. While my visit was satisfactory, I didn't leave with a lasting impression or a desire to return. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and creating a more welcoming environment for patients.
