As a customer, I recently had an average experience with the pest control company I hired. I found their website "wholetthebugsout.com" to be user-friendly and informative, giving me a good understanding of their services. However, when it came to scheduling an appointment, it took longer than expected to get a response from their customer service. Once the appointment was set, the exterminator arrived on time and was professional throughout the process. However, the effectiveness of the treatment was average. While it did help reduce the pest problem, I still noticed a few lingering pests after a few weeks. In terms of pricing, their rates were comparable to other companies in the market. Overall, I would rate this company as average, as their service was satisfactory but not exceptional in addressing the pest issue.
