I recently came across a company that sells medical products and decided to give it a try. I visited their website and found it to be easy to navigate, with all the necessary information readily available. However, I must say that my experience with their customer service was a bit disappointing. When I reached out with a query, it took them longer than expected to respond and their replies were not as helpful as I had hoped. As for their product range, it was average in terms of variety and quality. The prices were also reasonable, but I have seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have a decent website and reasonable prices, but their customer service and product range could definitely use some improvement.
