I recently used the services of a computer solutions group to solve some issues I was experiencing. I decided to go with Advanced Computer Solutions Group after hearing positive things about them from a friend. Overall, the experience was average. The technicians were knowledgeable and resolved my problems in a timely manner. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. It took longer than expected for them to respond to my inquiries and provide updates on the progress of the work. Additionally, I found their pricing to be slightly higher compared to other similar service providers. Although they did a decent job and fixed my issues, I would consider exploring other options in the future.
