I recently had the opportunity to use a housing platform, and I must say that my experience was somewhat average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of properties to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in terms of responsiveness. It took quite a while for my inquiries to be answered, and even then, the responses were not very helpful. The platform also lacks some important features, such as the ability to filter search results by specific criteria. Additionally, the pricing for the available properties seemed to be on the higher side compared to similar platforms. Overall, while the website was user-friendly, the lack of effective customer service and higher-than-expected prices left me with an average impression of the company.
