I recently purchased some electrical supplies from an online company and I have to say that my experience was fairly average. The website was easy enough to navigate, but it did lack some product descriptions and specifications, which made it a bit frustrating when trying to make a selection. The prices were decent, not overly expensive but not the cheapest either. The ordering process was straightforward and I received my items within a reasonable timeframe. However, the packaging could have been better as one of the items was slightly damaged upon arrival. The customer service was average as well, with a response time of about 24 hours to my inquiry. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either.
