I had a mixed experience with Ketchum Advertising NYC. While some aspects of their work were average, there were definitely areas where they excelled. Overall, I found their team to be knowledgeable and professional. The communication was good, and they were able to meet our project requirements. However, there were some instances where deadlines were not met, and we had to follow up multiple times. The quality of their creative work was also inconsistent. Some designs were great, while others fell short of our expectations. In terms of pricing, they were on the higher side compared to other agencies we considered. In conclusion, Ketchum Advertising NYC is a decent agency, but there is room for improvement.
