I have been a customer of The Residence Society for the past year and I must say that their service has been average. While they provide the basic amenities, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The staff members are friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes them longer than expected to address maintenance issues. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
