👩‍💼 As a customer, I recently had an average experience with the company. The website was well-designed and provided useful information about their services. However, I encountered a few issues in my interaction with their team. Communication was somewhat delayed, and it took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries. Additionally, I felt that the customer service could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing my needs. On the positive side, the professionalism of their engineers was commendable, and they were knowledgeable in their field. Despite the average experience, I appreciate the effort put into the service provided. The company has potential for improvement in customer support, but their expertise in engineering is definitely a plus. 🏗️👷‍♀️
