I have been with Blue Cross Blue Shield NC Insurance for several years now and overall, I have had a satisfactory experience. The coverage they provide is extensive and their network of doctors and hospitals is impressive. I have rarely encountered any issues with claim reimbursements and their customer service representatives have always been helpful and courteous. However, there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get a specialist appointment scheduled, which can be frustrating. Nonetheless, I would rate their service as average.
