I had heard great things about Stilo Studio Pilates, so I decided to give it a try, and I am so glad I did! The instructors are fantastic and make each class enjoyable and challenging. I love the variety and creativity in the exercises, and I can feel myself getting stronger with every session. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
