I recently purchased a set of doors from this company and found the overall experience to be average. While the website was user-friendly and provided a good range of options, the customer service was lacking in terms of responsiveness and clarity. The delivery process was delayed and the communication regarding the timeline was not consistent. On a positive note, the quality of the doors was satisfactory and the installation process was smooth. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication. If these aspects were addressed, the overall experience would have been much better.
