As a borrower, I found the platform to be relatively user-friendly and the process of obtaining a loan to be efficient. The website is well-designed and provides clear information about the borrowing options available. However, I did encounter some delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, which impacted my overall experience. Additionally, the interest rates were on the higher side compared to other options I considered. While the lending process was straightforward, I believe there are areas where improvements could be made to enhance the customer experience and to be more competitive in the market.
