I recently used this travel company's services for a trip, and I found the experience to be somewhat average. The website was user-friendly and had a good range of options, but the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my booking, and it took a while to get a response from their support team. The overall booking process was not as smooth as I had hoped for, and the communication could have been better. However, the trip itself went as planned, and the accommodations were satisfactory. Overall, the experience was not exceptional, but it was also not terrible. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service in the future.
