I recently purchased a specialty vehicle from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their products. However, the customer service could have been better. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the information provided was somewhat vague. Additionally, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed by a few days, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the vehicle itself is of good quality and meets my requirements. The price was also reasonable compared to other similar companies. Overall, I would say that this company has a decent selection of specialty vehicles, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivery efficiency.
