I recently purchased some rubber products from this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the product I needed quickly. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. The quality of the products was average, and I felt that the prices were slightly higher than other options I had researched. On the positive side, the website provided good technical information about the products. Overall, my experience was just okay. I wish there had been better communication and faster shipping. 🛠️👍🏼
