The service provided was satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and find relevant information about the different roofing services offered. The team was responsive and courteous when I reached out for a quote. However, the overall experience did not leave a lasting impression. The communication could have been more proactive, as there were a few instances where I had to follow up for updates. The quality of work was average, meeting the minimum standards but not exceeding them. The pricing was reasonable, but not necessarily the best deal available. While I appreciate the decent service, I wouldn't consider it exceptional. It would be helpful for the company to work on improving their communication and overall customer experience to stand out from competitors.
