As a CUSTOMER, I have had a mixed experience with Wisers smart systems. Initially, I was impressed with their website and the range of services they offer. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and took a long time to respond to my queries. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
