I recently had the opportunity to engage with a company whose website I came across while searching for electrical services. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which I appreciated. However, the communication with the company was not as efficient as I had hoped. It took some time to receive a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, when the electrician arrived, the service provided was satisfactory and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Overall, the experience was average. I would recommend that the company work on improving their responsiveness to inquiries in order to enhance the customer experience.
