I have been with Meggitt USA for a while now and I must say it has been a mixed experience. On one hand, the work-life balance is great and the company provides good benefits. The management is also supportive and encourages professional development. However, there have been instances where communication has been lacking and decisions seem to be made without considering the impact on the employees. Overall, I would say it's an average company to work for.
