I have been a customer of Sonatrach for a few years now, and I must say that their service has been average at best. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their response time to customer inquiries leaves much to be desired. It often takes several days to receive a reply, which can be frustrating when you have an urgent matter that needs to be addressed. Overall, I would rate Sonatrach as average.
