As a customer, I recently purchased a suit from this company after hearing positive things from friends. The quality of the fabric and design was impressive, and the customer service was excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed by the limited range of sizes available, which made it challenging to find the perfect fit. Additionally, although the website was visually appealing, I found it a bit confusing to navigate and search for specific products. Moreover, the shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. There are definitely some positives, but there are also areas that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.
