I recently rented a car from Hertz Norge and overall, it was an average experience. The pick-up process was smooth, but the car was not in the best condition. There were a few scratches and the interior was a bit dirty. The rental price was reasonable, but I expected better quality. The customer service was okay, nothing exceptional. I would consider renting from Hertz again, but I hope they improve the condition of their cars.
