I recently opened an account with a bank that shall remain nameless. Overall, I have had a positive experience with them. Their online banking platform is user-friendly, and their mobile app makes it convenient to manage my finances on the go. The only downside is that their customer service is not always the best. It can sometimes take a while to get in touch with a representative, and they are not always able to provide me with a satisfactory solution. But apart from that, I am happy with their services.
