I recently purchased a product from the company and overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their products. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had a few questions about the product and when I reached out to them via email, it took quite a while before I received a response. The response I received was also not very helpful and left me with unanswered questions. Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the product I purchased was of decent quality and matched its description on the website. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and shipping efficiency.
