I recently had the experience of hiring a technical service from a company I found online. The overall experience was average for me. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about the services they offer. However, the response time was not as prompt as I had hoped. It took a couple of days for them to get back to my initial inquiry. The technician who came to my place was knowledgeable and professional. They successfully fixed the issue I was facing and provided helpful suggestions to avoid future problems. However, I felt that their pricing was slightly on the higher side compared to other similar services I have used in the past. In terms of customer service, the company could improve by being more responsive and offering competitive pricing.
