I recently used the services of this law firm and my experience was average overall. The website was user-friendly and provided basic information about their areas of expertise. However, I found it lacking in terms of detailed content and case studies. The response time to my initial inquiry was satisfactory, although it took a bit longer to get a final resolution. The staff was polite and professional, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of my case. While the lawyers had decent knowledge in their respective fields, I expected a more personalized approach and involvement from them during the entire process. Pricing-wise, they fall within the industry standard, neither too expensive nor too cheap. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
